Hello, I am trying to run Sly 3, but at random points throughout the intro of the game, it will slow down or go fast. Download the PCSX2 development builds here. I've gotten the game from a source and run it as an ISO.

Sly 3 Honor Among Thieves is a 3D platformer that acts as the conclusion to the original Sly trilogy. Players jump through various levels and hub worlds filled with obstacles as they steal from goons and attack enemies using pure action or stealth. There are even more playable characters in Sly 3 than the last game, two of which are former villains from previous games. As a result, the game has many mini-games and alternate playstyles though most of the game is still done through Sly, Murray, and Bentley. There a few multiplayer modes as well. Sly 3 is refined in some areas over previous games such alterations to combat mechanics as well as adding new moves and changes to how certain collectibles work in the game (ex: There are no clue bottles in Sly 3 compared to previous games). Sly 3 is somewhat of a 'jack of all trades' due to how stretched out the game is among all the different game mechanics, but Sly 3 is undoubtedly the proper send off the franchise needed before it was revived with Sly 4 Thieves in Time.

Game Description & Reviews:

As the story goes, Sly Cooper is a young master thief, assisted by his turtle buddy, Bentley, and a hippo named Murray. The threesome set out on a mission of vengeance, striking back against the five criminals who killed Sly's father and stole the Thievius Raccoonus, a sort of Stealing for Dummies compiled by the great thieves that make up the Cooper line. Along the way, you'll recover pages from the long-lost book, defeat the Fiendish Five, and run into Carmelita Fox, a cop who's always hot on Sly's tail.

Sly Cooper is set in a world inhabited by anthropomorphic creatures. The game uses cutscenes to present the background of the eponymous sly cooper, racoon who descended from a long line of master thieves who favor stealing from enemy gangs, corrupt governments, and crime syndicates instead of the innocent.
